Return & Refund Policy:
Once your order has been taken and processed, a lot of effort and time goes into making sure each of these product meets your fashion and quality expectations. As each product is upcycled and unique in its own way, we do not offer any exchanges.
We do offer 14 days hassle-free returns from the date of delivery, as per product category, please see below:

Exchange Policy
We understand that sometimes a size or style might not feel quite right. While we typically do not offer exchanges due to the unique and upcycled nature of our pieces, we’ve made an exception for a select range of garments.
Eligible Products for Exchange (14 Days from Delivery):
You can request an exchange within 14 days of delivery for the following products:

Exchange Conditions:

Exchange is valid only for size change within the same product category.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

Exchange requests must be raised within 14 days of delivery.
Non-Exchangeable Items:

All accessories (bags, caps) are final sale — no exchanges or refunds.

Products outside the list above are eligible for return only, not exchange.
Damaged Product:
In circumstances where the customer feels that the product does not conform to the standards at the time of delivery, please contact us via DM on Instagram: @unforus_in or email us at support@unforus.com with details of the product, within 48 hours to process a replacement/return and refund as possible.
Regarding Returns:

Returns will be picked from the same address where the product is delivered.

Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment, the customer will have to send the shipment back to the company address.

Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Refund processing:

For refunds processing, ensure the product remains unused and is preserved in its original condition along with the tags and packaging.

Once the product is received and quality check is completed, the net amount paid by you (excluding instant cashback/discount) will be refunded to the same account/mode of payment.

If the returned product does not pass the quality check, the refund will not be processed.

Kindly allow 2-5 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account.
