1. What is Un Denim?

Un Denim is a home-grown sustainable fashion brand leading the way in the global transition to a circular economy — one GreenPocket™ at a time. We rescue, upcycle, and recirculate premium-quality denims, transforming them into one-of-a-kind wardrobe statements.

2. How does upcycling work at Un Denim?

We carefully source premium denim garments from around the world — pieces that would otherwise end up in landfills. Our design team handpicks these finds, which are then meticulously laundered and go through a 7-step quality check. Thereafter, depending on the design, the rescued denim is transformed through artful distressing, hand-stitching, patchwork, and reconstruction. Each piece is handcrafted and upstyled with our patented Green Pocket — a statement against fashion waste.

3. Tell me more about where and how you rescue denim?

We rescue denim garments from around the world - because denim is universally loved and made to last. Each piece is carefully sorted using rigorous selection criteria, then put through a meticulous 7-step quality check. This ensures every product not only meets our high standards but also offers customers a wide range of styles to choose from, when they choose to make upcycled denim part of their wardrobes - and their lives.

4. How sustainable is Un Denim?

As a zero-waste fashion brand, every upcycled Un Denim product is not manufactured, but built and in this process it saves at least 3600 litres of water and prevents approximately 15 kg of carbon emissions. Looking good while doing good has never felt better.

5. How do I know my size?

Each product page includes a detailed Size Guide link. You can also access our general Size Guide here. Please note, fits can vary slightly, product to product between each handcrafted piece.

6. How should I care for my Un Denim garment?

Each item is upcycled with love. Specific instructions are available in the Wash Care Guide on the product page. You’ll also find care labels stitched inside your garment for guidance.

7. Which modes of payment do you offer?

We offer multiple modes of payment - UPI, Debit & Credit Cards, Net-banking as well as  Cash on Delivery.

8. Can I track my order?

Yes. After your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also click link to Track my Order - to check your order status.

9. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

We ship orders within 24 hours in most cases. If your order hasn't been shipped yet, we’ll try our best to help. Email us at UnIndia@UnForUs.com with your order number as soon as possible. Unfortunately, shipped orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

10. My order is delayed. What should I do?

Shipping partners may sometimes face delays. If your tracking hasn’t updated in 48–72 hours, feel free to reach out — we’ll check on it for you.

11. Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship only within India. Stay tuned via our newsletter or Instagram for future international availability.

12. What is your return and exchange policy?

13. What should I do if I receive a wrong or defective item?

We try to ensure the utmost care when packing our orders. However, if you receive a wrong or defective item, email us within 3 days of delivery at UnIndia@UnForUs.com with photos of the item and your order number — we’ll resolve it quickly!

14. Can I use more than one discount code?

No. Only one promo code or voucher may be used per order. Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

15. Can I redeem my FLXY voucher or in-store credit online?

Not at the moment. FLXY and in-store vouchers are currently redeemable only at our physical location at FLXY, Amanora Mall. We’re working on making online redemption available soon.

16. Do you restock sold-out items?

Due to the nature of upcycling, some pieces are truly one-of-a-kind. If you love something, grab it while it’s available. For re-releases and customer favourites, please follow us on Instagram .

17. Do you accept custom orders?

We’re open to collaborations and custom requests for bulk orders. Email us at  unindia@unforus.com to discuss your idea.
