Un Denim
The Green Pocket Blog

Plogman of India

We’re proud to welcome Ripudaman Bevli, known across the country as the Plogging Ambassador of India, to the GreenPocket community. He’s not just a changemaker,  he’s a reminder that real impact is built on responsibility, not noise.

From leaving a corporate job to launching India’s first eco-fitness movement, Ripudaman has committed to a simple idea: clean streets are everyone’s business. His citizen-led Litter Free India campaign has powered over 600 cleanups across 110+ cities, inspiring thousands to take ownership of their public spaces.

In 2019, he ran 1,000 km in 50 days, collecting trash across 50 cities. His initiatives like Trash Workout and Plastic Upvaas have made waves nationally. In 2023, he led Delhi’s 100 Days to Beat Plastic, helping clean up over 250 dump sites across the city.

At Un Denim, we’re also fixing something we didn’t create: the waste left behind by the fashion industry. We work with discarded denim and post-consumer fabrics to make high-quality clothing that reduces harm, not adds to it.

Just like Ripudaman, we act with intention, create from what already exists, and take responsibility for the impact we leave behind.

The kind of work that quietly fixes what most have learned to ignore.
That’s the mindset we share.

Welcome aboard, Ripudaman!
